Alex and The Ironic Gentleman tells us about Alexandra Morningside a half ten years old girl. She lives with her uncle. Her daily live was like another half ten years old girl, but her live changes when she meet her teacher, Mr. Underwood. Alex don’t know that Mr. Underwood is a grandchild of a famous pirate, Infamous Wigpowder

 Because his house burned by someone who want the Wigpowder’s treasures, Mr. Underwood live with Alex and his uncle. Her day become more fun when Mr. Underwood live in her house. But one day the crewman of The Ironic Gentleman kidnap Mr. Underwood. They kidnap Mr. Underwood to get the map of the treasures, his grandfather’s treasure. In that time Alex’s Uncle killed by the crewman of The Ironic Gentleman. Since that time, Alex decide to save Mr. Underwood. Here the adventures begin. Alex get many obstacle in her way to save Mr. Underwood. She meet with a lot of interesting people. For example when she trapped on a train and when she meet with captain Magnanimous.

The story is very interesting and imaginative. There are a lot of unexpected scene.  The story is very interesting that can’t make you stop read it.

Adrienne Kress make you imagine that you can enter to the story line. Adrienne really could cleverly present the adventure of Alex when she save Mr. Underwood.
